Secondary public offering of AS LHV Group shares

The subscription period of the public offering of the additional shares of AS LHV Group started on 15 Septmber 2021 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 29 September 2021 at 3 p.m.

For the public offering of LHV Group additional shares, the Company will allocate offer shares to those investors who were entered on the list of the shareholders of the company as of the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system on the 8th of September 2021. Shares are offered for the price of 34.00 euros, of which 1 euro is the nominal value of one offer share and 33.00 euros is the issue premium. During the period of 15th September – 27rd September, offers shares are tradeable on the stock exchange.

The subscription order can be submitted in the internet bank (Investments → Transactions with another person) or at a bank office.
